Concrete Pumping Services in Newmarket and Aurora, Ontario

From Newmarket’s Davis Drive and Yonge Street corridors to Aurora’s growing employment lands and established neighbourhoods, Premier Concrete Pumping delivers precise, reliable concrete placement across northern York Region.

Newmarket and Aurora's Construction Market Deserves More Than a Standard Setup

Newmarket and Aurora sit side by side at the top of York Region, and between them they carry a steady mix of work. Infill and townhouse projects are going up along the Yonge Street and Davis Drive corridors. Commercial and industrial buildings continue along the Highway 404 side of both towns. Older residential streets in both towns keep turning over, with tear-downs, additions, garages and new custom homes.

Premier Concrete Pumping has served contractors and builders across Southern Ontario since 1989, and we have poured more than 800,000 m³ in that time. For Newmarket and Aurora we send the pump that fits the site, with certified operators on every job.

The hard part of pumping in these two towns is rarely the concrete. It is the site. Infill lots are narrow, with overhead lines and mature trees close to the pour. We walk the site before the pour, so the setup is settled before the truck arrives.

About Our Newmarket and Aurora Service

Newmarket and Aurora Contractors Deserve a Pump Crew That Knows the Territory

Newmarket and Aurora sit side by side at the top of York Region, and between them they carry a steady mix of work. Infill and townhouse projects are going up along the Yonge Street and Davis Drive corridors. Commercial and industrial buildings continue along the Highway 404 side of both towns. Older residential streets in both towns keep turning over, with tear-downs, additions, garages and new custom homes.

Premier Concrete Pumping has served contractors and builders across Southern Ontario since 1989, and we have poured more than 800,000 m³ in that time. For Newmarket and Aurora we send the pump that fits the site: a 20M or 31M boom for tight lots, 38M to 43M booms for foundations and ICF, and trailer line pumps where the truck can’t get close. Our boom pump truck rentals come with certified operators on every job.

The hard part of pumping in these two towns is rarely the concrete. It is the site. Infill lots are narrow, with overhead lines and mature trees close to the pour, and the ready-mix truck and the pump both need somewhere to stand. Commercial sites off Highway 404 have their own schedule pressure. We walk the site before the pour, so the setup is settled before the truck arrives.

FAQ About Concrete Pumping in Newmarket and Aurora

Check out our frequently asked questions and see if we have the answer for you.

Do you serve both Newmarket and Aurora?

Yes. One crew and one fleet cover both towns, and we extend into East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, King City and the rest of northern York Region. If your site is a short drive from either town, ask us and we’ll confirm.

It depends on the lot and where the truck can stand. For tight residential sites we can use compact booms such as our 20M and 31M units. For larger foundations we step up to the 38M to 43M range. Where a boom can’t get close because of lines, trees or fencing, a trailer line pump can run hose to the form. Send us the address and a photo of the access and we’ll recommend the setup. Our guide on how far a boom pump can reach and which size to rent covers the basics.

Yes. ICF concrete pumping needs a controlled pour rate and lift-by-lift placement, and our operators work with your forming crew to keep the wall from blowing out. Let us know the wall heights and the mix, and we’ll plan the pour around them.

Yes. We pump commercial concrete slabs, warehouse and industrial floors and institutional work. Our operators are ACPA certified, we carry WSIB coverage and we can supply clearance certificates and safety documentation for prequalification. We work under union labour standards where the site requires it.

For a typical residential pour, book 3 to 5 business days ahead. For a commercial pour or a multi-pump setup, 1 to 2 weeks is safer. May through September is the busiest stretch, so earlier booking gives you more choice of date and start time. Our post on how to book and schedule a commercial concrete pump explains what we need from you.

Call us or fill in the quote form on this page. We’ll ask about the project type, pour volume, site access and your preferred date. Most quotes go out the same day.
