Commercial Concrete Pumping GTA

From commercial floor slabs and parking structures to high-rise towers and mixed-use developments, Premier Concrete Pumping brings the fleet, the certified operators, and the scheduling flexibility that GTA general contractors rely on.

Your GTA Commercial Pour Needs More Than Just a Pump Truck

Commercial concrete pours are a different animal than residential work. The volumes are larger, the safety standards are stricter, the scheduling is tighter, and the cost of a delay ripples across multiple trades. A concrete pumping contractor that shows up unprepared or without the right equipment puts your whole pour schedule at risk.

Premier Concrete Pumping has been delivering commercial pumping services across Southern Ontario since 1989. Our operators work under unionized labour standards, carry full WSIB coverage, and have the experience to handle complex multi-pour commercial projects from start to finish.

Commercial Projects We Handle Every Week

01.
High-Rise and Tower Slab Work

Floor slabs, elevated decks, shear walls, and cores on high-rise residential and mixed-use towers across the GTA. We coordinate placing booms for upper-floor work while ground-level pump trucks continue running simultaneously.

02.
Commercial Slab and Foundation Pours

Office buildings, commercial plazas, and parking structures. Large-volume placements requiring precise pour rates and clean finishes on tight commercial construction schedules.

03.
Continuous Pours with Backup Coverage

Large commercial pours running overnight or across multiple days. We pre-stage backup pumps and coordinate operator rotations so your pour runs to completion without interruption.

04.
Multi-Phase Commercial Programs

Projects spanning months or years. We align our schedule with your construction program and offer preferred pricing on long-term volume commitments.

Designed for Tight Sites, Long Distances, and Tough Mixes

Commercial concrete work operates at a different scale and pace than residential. Volumes are larger, safety standards are stricter, and the cost of a delay ripples across multiple trades. Since 1989, Premier has built operational practices specifically around the needs of GTA general contractors, including landmark projects like CIBC Square in Toronto.

Got questions about commercial concrete pumping?

Check out our frequently asked questions about commercial concrete pumping in the GTA.

Do your operators meet union site requirements?

Yes. All Premier operators work under unionized labour standards. If your project requires union crews, we meet that requirement. This is one of the reasons many GTA general contractors and institutional owners specify Premier when tendering their concrete pumping work.

Yes. We carry active WSIB coverage on all operators and can provide a clearance certificate in advance of your scheduled pour. If your site requires it as part of the subcontractor onboarding process, we have it ready.

For most commercial pours, a minimum of one month lead time is recommended. For larger projects being tendered or requiring PM coordination, the process typically starts several months ahead of the first pour. New commercial clients go through an account setup process including a credit review and safety scope discussion.

Commercial pricing is volume-based. Projects with guaranteed volume over a multi-month or multi-year timeline receive preferred pricing rates. Short-term or single-pour commercial jobs are priced at standard rates. Contact us with your project scope and we will put together a volume-based quote.

Yes. Large commercial pours often run beyond a single shift. We pre-stage backup pumps and coordinate operator rotations so your pour runs continuously without interruption. Early morning start times, nights, and weekends are standard practice on our large commercial projects.
